So with the standard being in excess of 10,000 hours repetitively at a task, I consider myself a master at cooking basic meals very well. That being said, I still wrestle with the art of cracking eggs. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t spend much, if any, time whatsoever poring over charts, diagrams, videos, and the like. I do, however, tend to use eggs with great frequency here around the home. In my youth, I seem to remember being able to crack eggs with one hand. I also used to be able to walk on my hands. I often wonder if the eggshells are flimsier these days. I know I am!
