So with the standard being in excess of 10,000 hours repetitively at a task, I consider myself a master at cooking basic meals very well. Feeling blessed

A family of 3 foxes has been camping out in our little verdant oasis here in the wild burbs of Jersey. They are so beautiful with their long black ears and matching high boots. Of course, sporting the generally orange color overall and the little white shirt makes them tres chic! The best part is their behaviors. Fridge pickles

So it seems everyone is off to the circus, leaving me to fend for myself culinarily. I find I have to apply special effort to keep eating, and especially things other than cookies. Yesterday, I slow-roasted a small pork end roast. This is one of my fav cuts with the darker meat being extry tender. Seasoned it with a plentiful sprinkle of salt followed by a little cumin, mustard powder, roasted ground fennel seed, ancho chile, and oregano.
